Refunds: There is a non-refundable $50 fee. Nebby will refund the remaining balance of $194 if you are unsatisfied with the 3 initial logo design proofs. Once the logo design process goes past the sketch phase (proofs) and Nebby starts creating the final logo - no refunds will be provided.

Additional Design Changes: If you are unsatisfied with your final logo and need additional changes made you will be billed $18 an hour. You will not recieve any final files until the balance is paid.
